 We request you to please go through some of our business terms and conditions which are applicable for our both Website and APP users.

We hereby declare that the terms “WE” define as “PURPLEPOSY” and “YOU” define as “CUSTOMER” in all our website contents.



·     Product images shown on this website are for illustration purpose only. The actual product may vary as per the availability of items.

·     Cake shapes and sizes will vary as each chef has their own innovative skills for baking.

·     Flowers may be delivered in full bloomed, semi bloomed or bud stage.

·     Some seasonal flowers may not be available, so we may substitute with similar available flowers.

·     All Gift items will pe packed and deliver to customer.

·     For personalized gifts, we request all customers to upload, or provide high quality images for better printing quality.

·     If you need any modification in images, please reach out to our support team immediately.

·     For customer safety of information, we will keep your photos/images only one week, post it will be deleted from our source.

·     Pricing may change time to time as per the increase in raw materials. PurplePosy reserve the rights to make any changes of our products.

·     PurplePosy may change product details, description and images time to time to update our business.


·     Currently we deliver only in Bengaluru city. We will expand our business to other cities shortly.

·     Once customer place the order in our website, we require sometime to process your order. Our moto is to provide you best service always. These are our delivery conditions.

·     When customer submits the order, he/she is thoughtfully confirmed that he/she has placed the order in our website.

·     If any reason the customer wish to change or cancel the order, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately.

·     We request all our customers to provide accurate delivery/shipping address, so that we can deliver your gifts easily.

·     Currently all the orders will be delivered at free of cost. We may change the delivery option in future.

·     If any customer needs early morning or late-night delivery, please mention in the comment box. There will be additional fixed Rs. 250 charged to customer separately.

·     If any government restrictions like night curfew or any restrictions, your Early Morning and Midnight orders will be delivered in next standard time slot.

·     We request our customers for preferred delivery time, it is for your convenience, and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within that time slot, however this is not always guaranteed and may not always be possible due to some unavoidable conditions.

·     Our delivery person will attempt only once, if the recipient is not found at home / office, your gift will be delivered to your authorized person, or your neighbor or security guard, then your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items.

·     In case of office delivery address, we may deliver at reception and your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items.

·     If recipient's number is incorrect, not responding, or unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and as such cases the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs from scheduled delivery time. There won’t be any refund, if the ordered item is not collected from our delivery center on specified time. Please contact our customer support for such cases.

·     All items categorized as “GIFTS” will be shipped through our delivery partner. They may deliver anytime between 9:00AM to 8:00PM.

·     All “Personalized Gift” items will take minimum 2-3 days to process depending on the product availability and other printing parameters. This may take longer time than the usual normal gifts.

·     If customer have ordered combo items where there is a gift item attached and selected an earlier delivery date, then in such cases the flowers and cakes will be delivered on selected date and gifts will be shipped at the earliest possible.

·     There may be a delay in delivery during festivals, valentine’s day, holidays and other special events, however we do our best effort to deliver your order at earliest.

·     We also request all our customers to respect the delivery person.


·     Currently all customers will be able to place order by paying only online method.

·     Customer can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and other Payment wallets.

·     If the payment is not successful and the order is submitted, our support team will reach out to you for repayment of the order amount.

·     If any technical reason your payment is successful, but order is not submitted, please contact our customer support.

·     We do not have any cash on delivery (COD) option as of now, so we request all our customers not to pay any amount to the delivery person.


·     If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at with your order number and reason for cancellation.

·     For Cake, Flower and Chocolate products, if you cancel before 12 hours of delivery date, we will charge 30% and we will refund 70% of the order value to your original payment source.

·     No refund will be issued if customer cancel within 12 hours of delivery date.

·     For normal gift items if the product is shipped from us, we will not accept the cancel order and there won’t be any refund.

·     For personalized gift items if order processed for printing, we will not accept cancel order and there will not be any refund.

·     There won’t be any refund if user cancels the order after the defined time slot.

·     If any order is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to the customer account within 7 working days.


·     Customer can buy Gift Vouchers from our store and send to someone.

·     Gift Vouchers will be sent to provided email id with in 24 hours of order placement.

·     Gift Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

·     Gift Vouchers once issued, cannot be returned or replaced.


·     As a promotion we are offering 10% discount to all new users registered in our website.

·     Coupon code PPNEW10 is only valid for new users register with Purpleposy website and App and this Coupon can be used only once by each new user.

·     Offers and promotions will change time to time as based on occasions or festivals.

·     We may send some occasional promotional emails or messages to our valued customers.


·     We do not charge anything accept mentioned order values.

·     We do not charge any payment gateway charges, tips or any fees.


·     There is NO warranty or guarantee in any of our products mentioned in our website.

·     We print all personalized gifts with highest standard colors, however there is no guarantee that the product will look same lifelong.


·     We request all users to register with us for a better shopping experience.

·     All your information are securely stored with PurplePosy, so that you can view or edit anytime.

·     We follow all security methods to keep your information safe.

·     We do not have access to view/modify your password, only registered used can reset the passwords.

·     If any customer wish to delete their account, they can write to our support team.
